The Oxford Academy of Total Intelligence serves as an educational and research centre and consultancy, aiming to create deep sustainability for individuals, organizations, society and the planet itself, employing a holistic, scientific and philosophical approach to questions of leadership and wealth creation. By adding a sense of meaning, fundamental purpose and higher motivation to our fundamental sense of both material and social capital and by using the principles and metaphors from the new science to transform the ways organizations could be lead and structured, we aim to make significant contribution towards solving our global crisis.
